In 2018, Romulus launched Huddle, its coworking and flexible workplace in Hammersmith. Today, Huddle provides workspace for 140 businesses and over 1,000 members. Two new destinations in Wimbledon and Fulham are expected early 2024.
Romulus completed the acquisition of Centre Court Shopping Centre, Wimbledon in 2021.
Led by Fletcher Priest architects, the Centre underwent an extensive transformation into a mixed-use local hub of approximately 315,000 sq ft with Third Space, The Golf Groove and Boardroom Climbing announced as new tenants. To coincide with the redevelopment, the space was rebranded as Wimbledon Quarter in November 2023.
As the largest commercial landlord in Hammersmith, Romulus launched the Hammersmith Campus in 2022. Comprising 350,000 sq ft of flexible, managed, serviced and traditional office space, the Campus provides scaleable office accommodation with additional business benefits for occupiers.
