Halloween Half Term at Wimbledon Quarter
Join us from Monday 26th October to Friday 30th October for daily frightfully fun halloween themed arts and crafts with Gizem!
With so much interest in our summer holiday workshops we had to bring them back for half term! Each morning we will run a two hour workshop from 10am to 12pm. These are drop in sessions, so no booking is required. Keep children entertained this half term at The Quarter, see what’s on offer below:
Halloween Colour Mask Workshop
Monday 26th October, 10am – 12pm
In this monstrously fun workshop, kids will design and create their very own spooky (or silly!) witch, vampire, Frankenstein masks using tissue papers, crayons and more! These masks are perfect for dress-up and Halloween photo ops! All materials will be provided.
Halloween Themed Witch Story & Art Workshop
Tuesday 27th October, 10am – 12pm
The first part of the workshop will be an interactive storytelling session with sensory elements, dancing, singing, and plenty of interactive fun. For the second part, the children will draw a the character from the story! All materials will be provided.
Monster Magnet Workshop
Wednesday 28th October, 10am – 12pm
In this workshop, children will be making spooky and silly monster magnets using colourful foam, felt, googly eyes, and magnets. Each child will create a set of mini monsters with wild expressions and details that are perfect for sticking on the fridge or giving as Halloween gifts. All materials will be provided.
Pumpkin Decoration Workshop
Thursday 29th October, 10am – 12pm
In this workshop, children will decorate mini squishy pumpkins using googly eyes and acrylic paint. Whether they go spooky, sparkly, or silly, each child’s pumpkin will be a one-of-a-kind Halloween treasure. All materials will be provided, including small squishy rubber pumpkins!
Halloween Rock Painting
Friday 30th October, 10am – 12pm
In this workshop, children will transform ordinary rocks into spooky (or silly!) Halloween characters such as ghosts, bats, black cats, and more! Using special pens and plenty of creative touches, they’ll bring their creepy-cute designs to life. These painted rocks are perfect for decorating the house, garden, or even as little Halloween gifts! All materials will be provided.
